REGULATIONS for the Fashion Fair within the SIBI International Fashion Festival


1. General Provisions

1.1. These Regulations define the procedure for organizing and conducting the Fashion Fair (hereinafter referred to as the "Fair") as part of the SIBI International Fashion Festival (hereinafter referred to as the "Festival"), as well as the conditions of participation, and the rights and obligations of the Organizer and Participants.

1.2. Fair Organizer: IE (Individual Entrepreneur) Denisenko Anna Vladimirovna and the Organizing Committee of the SIBI International Fashion Festival.

1.3. Dates: October 6 and 7, 2025.

1.4. Opening Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. 1.5. Venue: Omsk, 70 let Oktyabrya St., Building 25, Block 2, 2nd floor.

2. Goals and Objectives of the Fair

2.1. Goal: To create a unique platform for the presentation and sale of fashion industry goods, to support local brands and designers, and to promote independent fashion.

2.2. Objectives:
  • To provide designers, brands, and artisans with the opportunity for direct sales to their target audience.
  • To create an atmosphere of live communication between fashion creators and consumers.
  • To diversify the Festival program for guests.
  • To stimulate the development of the fashion industry in the region.

3. Conditions of Participation and Product Categories

3.1. The following are invited to participate in the Fair:
  • Designers of clothing, footwear, and accessories.
  • Artisanal jewelry and costume jewelry.
  • Brands of accessories made from leather, textiles, and other materials.
  • Producers of knitted and jersey items.
  • Creators of beauty products (natural cosmetics, handmade soap, etc., with required certifications).
  • Other projects that align with the concept of a fashion event.

3.2. The following are NOT PERMITTED to participate:
  • Sellers of goods unrelated to the festival's theme (e.g., food, household chemicals, network marketing products).
  • Participants selling items that violate copyright (counterfeit products).
  • Participants whose products do not meet the declared quality or ethical standards.

4. Booth Provisions and Cost

4.1. The Organizer provides the Participant with:
  • A standard retail booth measuring 2 x 3 meters (6 sq. m).
  • Basic equipment: 1 table (length 1.8 m, width 0.8 m), 1 chair, and a clothing rail.
  • Access to an electrical outlet (220V, must be requested in the application if needed).
  • General security service on the Festival grounds.
  • Informational support in Festival announcements (mention of participating brands on social media and the website).

4.2. The rental cost for a booth is 15,000 (Fifteen thousand) rubles.

4.3. Payment must be made to the Organizer's bank account based on the issued invoice within 3 (three) banking days after the application is confirmed. If payment is not received within this period, the application will be canceled.

5. Application Procedure and Participant Selection

5.1. To participate, you must fill out the online application form.

5.2. The application must include:
  • Brand name / Designer's full name.
  • Contact information (phone, e-mail, social media account).
  • Description of the product and its category.
  • Photos of the products and the booth setup (an example of visual merchandising).
  • Any need for additional equipment (electricity, extra tables, etc.). 5.3. Participants are selected by the Organizing Committee based on the product's relevance to the Fair's concept, the uniqueness of the assortment, and the quality of the products. 5.4. After reviewing the application, an Organizer's representative will contact the applicant to confirm participation and issue an invoice for payment.

6. Participant's Responsibilities

6.1. To pay the participation fee on time.

6.2. To design the booth in accordance with the Festival's overall style and to keep it clean and tidy throughout the Fair's operating hours.

6.3. To be ready for work during the specified hours (11:00 AM to 8:00 PM) without closing down early.

6.4. To have necessary packaging for customers (branded or neutral).

6.5. To be responsible for the safety of their goods and personal belongings. The Organizer is only responsible for general security on the premises.

6.6. To comply with fire safety and general safety rules at the venue.

7. Organizer's Rights

7.1. The Organizer reserves the right:
  • To reject an application without providing a reason.
  • To change the layout of the retail area.
  • To make changes to the program and schedule of the Fair, providing advance notice to Participants.
  • To take photos and videos of the Participants' booths and products for use in promotional materials.

Appendix 1: Booth Layout Diagram (Will be sent to participants after registration is confirmed)

In the event of the Festival's cancellation due to the Organizer's fault, participants will receive a 100% refund of their payment.
If a Participant withdraws less than 14 days before the event, the payment is non-refundable.
