for the "World Model. Omsk" Beauty and Talent Contest within the SIBI International Fashion Festival

1. General Provisions

1.1. The "World Model. Omsk" contest is a special project within the SIBI Fashion Festival, organized in Omsk as a regional stage of the "World Model" Beauty Contest, based on a franchise from the organizers of the "Empire of Beauty Contests" – licensed fashion events by Ruslan Bernes and Olga Kanitskaya. It is aimed at obtaining prestigious titles and statuses that fulfill the basic need for recognition, generating additional interest in the participating individual. Furthermore, it offers positive emotions from performing on a grand stage, beautiful photoshoots and creating stylish content, acquiring new skills (elegant walk, posture, etc.), masterclasses from star coaches, new acquaintances, filming and performing with legendary celebrities, and an opportunity for non-professionals to act as models and showcase formal wear from contest designers.

1.2. Organizers: Anna Den's Territory of Fashion in partnership with the regional branch of the Public Organization Union of Designers of Russia, with the support of the Government of the Omsk Region.

1.3. Objective: To create a platform for the presentation of active, bold, and creative people, to support local brands, and to promote participants wishing to declare themselves and their talents.

2. Concept

2.1. "World Model. Omsk" is an open community of children, women, and men united for:
  • Rethinking their significance in society, fostering personal growth for citizens of Russia and abroad, and developing creativity and artistry;
  • Creating collaborations and a synergy of talents;
  • Enhancing emotional state and gaining confidence in personal growth.

2.2. Types of Participation:
  • Standard Contestant Package: 35,000 RUB (The participation fee is expected to increase on August 15 to 40,000 RUB);
  • Designer Show Participation Package within the "World Model. Omsk" Contest: 20,000 RUB (limited spots);
  • VIP Participation Package includes special conditions (participation in the contest, participation in the designer show, a personal stylist, an individual photoshoot, a 50% discount on a rental evening gown), a personal consultation with the contest stylist and show director; the participation fee is 100,000 RUB.
3. Participants

3.1. Invited to participate are:
  • Children aged 3 to 13;
  • Juniors aged 14 to 18;
  • Miss aged 18 to 65;
  • Mister aged 18 to 45.
  • Participants can be professional or non-professional models, subject to prior approval (with and without preparation, according to the model casting). During the preparation process, participants will be trained by professional coaches.

3.2. Requirements for participants:
  • Pass the model-participant casting within the period announced by the organizers (castings are tentatively scheduled for August and September);
  • Undergo training for the contest (paid or free, depending on the participant's level of preparation and as assessed at the casting);
  • Readiness to participate in joint projects and catwalks;
  • Compliance with obligations and requirements according to the Participant Agreement.

4. Contest Program

Stage 1: Introduction, rehearsals, psychological training; Participant's Introduction: self-presentation, receiving branded clothing, glossy catalogs, and first awards (medals). Masterclasses from star speakers, photo and video shoots with crown and sash, Masterclass from a star expert.

Stage 2: Interview recording: choreography sessions, photo and video shooting, professional preparation for the final show (Rehearsals).

Day 1 of the Contest: Creative Performance: demonstrate a look in the style of the 60s-70s-80s.

Day 2 of the Contest: Grand Finale Show: evening wear appearance, awarding by a competent jury.

For designers' models within the contest:
  • Collection shows in a catwalk format;
  • Look selection;
  • Makeup + hairstyle;
  • Rehearsal with a professional catwalk coach.
5. Awarding

At the final show, each participant receives a personal award, crown, sash, gifts, and a prestigious title from the hands of a star jury.

The winner in each category will receive a grand prize from the sponsor and partners. Winners in each category:
Girl - Boy;
Young Woman - Young Man;
Woman - Man;

Categories are divided into subcategories:
3-5 years;
6-9 years;
10-13 years;
14-16 years;
17-18 years;
30-40 years;
40-50 years;
50+.

For the winners: A final show as part of the SIBI Festival closing ceremony with an online broadcast for audiences in Russia and abroad.

6. Technical Requirements

6.1. Dress code for the Contestants' Introduction:
  • Children – white clothing for the introduction; Adults – black evening wear (cocktail dresses, trouser suits).
  • Use of noble and natural fabrics, eco-materials.

6.2. Light and Sound:
  • Clean lighting solutions with an emphasis on stage dynamics;
  • Volumetric sound that emphasizes the concept of the collections.

6.3. Model Presentation:
  • Emphasis on the clothing, not on the models' personalities.
7. Conditions of Participation

7.1. Application Submission:
  • By September 15, 2025, link to the participant application form on the website sibifashion.ru
  • Mandatory items: collection description, sketches, photos of previous works to be sent to the event's email: mirovayamodeomsk@mail.ru

7.2. Participation Fee: according to the type of participation, see clause 2.2 of the contest regulations - types of participation packages - amounts and conditions.

7.3. Participants and winners are provided with:
  • Stage space;
  • Promotion in the Festival's media and social networks;
  • Publication in the Festival's designer catalog;
  • Participant diplomas and letters of appreciation.
